Translation

(This) image of the Bhagavant was established by the śrāmaṇaka Rāhula, pupil of master Dharmadeva, beloved pupil of master Maudgalyāyana, for the attainment of the supreme knowledge by all beings. What merit is here, may that be for (all) beings.
