⟨1–6⟩ Rizière de Vikramapura et pays de Jatāliṅga. Le pays de Pañcagavya, l’Ācārya Bhāgavata, ancêtre de Chloñ Śarudatta possédant ces rizières et ces terres, l’ offert à V.K.A. Śrī Vāsudeva. Les gens installés dans ce pays et dans les fondations et sur ces rizières; offrent la pūjā au K.A. le douzière jour de chaque quinzaine, et assurent le service tous les ans selon l’ordre, ... ces pays, rizières, terres ... du dieu ici, et le chef de sanctuaire ... procès, il a établi cette fondation ...

⟨6–9⟩ Les gens qui ne se conformeront pas à la fondation, aussi longtemps que dereront le soleil et la lune, et ceux qui ne se conformeront pas à cette fondation (instituée) lorsqu’a été établi ... ces terres, V.K.A. ... seront punis aussi longtemps que dureront le soleil et la lune.

⟨9–11⟩ Cette terre (qui touche à l’ouest à) Travāṅ Khdann et revient à l’est, au sud et au nord, nommé Vikramapura, et le pays de Jatāliṅga sont attribués à V.K.A. Śrī Kapilavāsudeva à Thkval Kaṁvvaṅ ... Ceux qui y sont installés donnent la pūjā à V.K.A. selon la fondation promulguée ici.
