The restoration of the Sanskrit verse in line 17 was done by Jens Christian Thomas.

Ramayya Pantulu's edition, gives a short summary: <cit><quote>Refers to a Vaidumba Mutturāju (who made a grant ?) with a liberal mind on the occasion of the lunar eclipse.</quote><bibl><ptr target="bib:Sastri1969_01"/><citedRange unit="page">342</citedRange></bibl></cit><note>The original entry number of the inscription (<bibl rend="omitname"><ptr target="bib:RamayyaPantulu1948_01"/><citedRange unit="item">638</citedRange></bibl>) was flipped with <bibl rend="omitname"><ptr target="bib:RamayyaPantulu1948_01"/><citedRange unit="item">640</citedRange></bibl> in the bibliographical reference in <bibl><ptr target="bib:Sastri1969_01"/><citedRange unit="page">342-343</citedRange></bibl>.</note>
