· The inscription contains at its top the depiction of an animal that may be a boar or a bull.
· It is stated in RRM that <cit><quote>the slab has been broken irregularly as a result of which the first five lines have lost a number of letters along the right margin and lines 7-15 have lost a few letters along the left margin</quote><bibl rend="omitname"><ptr target="bib:Ramesh+RamachandraMurthy1971-1972_02"/><citedRange unit="page">157</citedRange></bibl></cit>. Hence, the number of dots in the edition is not indicative of any definite number of akṣaras and have not been reproduced here.

Commentary
The inscription contains at its top the depiction of an animal that may be a boar or a bull.
