·
This inscription is carved on a stone slab on the left side of the entrance of the main gopuram in the Ātmanāthasvāmi temple at Āvuṭiayārkōyil, in today's Pudukottai district. The inscription is not explicitely dated to the Śaka (or other) era, but it is likely from the early 17th century as it records a promise to the temple made by two subsequent Toṇṭaimāṉ rulers of Aṟantaṅki, Accutappa Nāyakkar (1672-1614) and Irakunāta Nāyakkar (1614-1640).
