(3–10) We, the members of the assembly ..., the land that we have given, after making it tax-free as long as the moon and the sun, ... is [as follows]:

the southern boundary ... is to the north of ...,
the western boundary ... is to the west of ...,
the northern boundary ... is to the west of ...,

the land included in these four boundaries [is], according to the rod (kōl-āl) [named] tiruvulakaḷanta¹ …
