· In the Mēṭa month of the year 419 after the appearance of Kollam, Āṭuvāṉ <hi rend="italic">alias</hi> Ālālacuntara-Perumāṉ of Mēṟpāṭi <supplied reason="subaudible">living</supplied> in Kaṅkaimaṅkalam <hi rend="italic">alias</hi> Maturōtayap-perunteruvu in Kuṭa-nāṭu, a subdivision of Śrī-Pāṇṭi-maṇṭalam, gave for <supplied reason="subaudible">providing</supplied> to the <foreign>āṇṭār</foreign> chanting the <hi rend="italic">Tiruñāṉam</hi> in the hall <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>tirukkōṭṭi</foreign><note><bibl><ptr target="bib:RamanathaAyyar1927_01"/></bibl> (p. 23, fn. 1) notes: <quote><foreign>tirukkaikkoṭṭi</foreign> seems to refer to the hall in the sacred presence. <foreign>kōṭṭi</foreign> is derivable from Skt. <foreign>gōṣṭī</foreign> (assembly). <foreign>kōṭṭi</foreign> also means 'the tower of a temple'.</quote> </note></supplied> of the temple of god Śrī-Rājendracōḻēśvaramuṭaiya-Nāyaṉār of Tirukkōṭṭāṟu <hi rend="italic">alias</hi> Mummuṭicōḻanallūr in Nāñci-nāṭu, the following tank and land.
