L1. The maṅgala symbol is unclear. It seems to be quite large and complex, larger vertically than horizontally, but it may actually be a simple sign, probably shaped like a figure 6 rotated 90° counterclockwise, plus a vertical crack.

The reading of quarter c is certain (e.g. tulyena, tulye tu, tulyeti, tulye tra can be ruled out), but my interpretation of it and my restoration are tentative and suppose some sub-standard syntax. There may be a better way to construe the sentence (understand tulye tadā?), but I fail to see it.
