Since we have only one inscribed face, I do not use page numbering for this document. I number lines from 1, which corresponds to 13 in Shastri and Gupta's edition (SG).

L2. SG read karttavyo (emending to au). Not that it matters much, but I think the inscribed text is correctly au, but - since the bottom of kr̥ above encroaches on this space - the right-hand mātrā of au does not go up as much as it normally would.

L2. The punctuation sign is a short single dash.

L6. SG print an original double daṇḍa at the end. I cannot make out on my photo what the punctuation sign looks like. recheck a facsimile

L6. The abbreviations here are a bit of a mess, with the non-standard spelling of savva, the Prakrit of gi(mha) and the uncertainty of whether pa(kṣa) is actually meant to be pa(kkha) - all minor points but if we are recording things rigorously then it doesn't feel right to be lax about these. Wouldn't it be best to forget about abbreviations altogether and weed all of them out of the corpus? There are so few anyway that people using the database will know them or be able to find out easily.
