As Fleet notes, the ṇa at the end of l3 looks different than the others in this inscription: it has a double loop at the bottom, not only at the left-hand side. (Sort of like cha with wings.)

The śrā of śrāddhā may be a correction from an original śrī. There is a circular mark above the character which looks like an ī mātrā, but there are also a couple of random circular traces in empty space, so all may be peculiar blemishes in the stone.

Varika is obscure and has been explained in several ways. Sircar in EI30 #30 (Charter of Vishnushena) p171ff has several occurrences of a term vārika, which he tries to explain there - this has probably not yet been connected to this varika, but may be.
