Digitally re-edited by Dániel Balogh. Version of January 2019. Comments below are offered "as is" and do not represent a thoroughly researched or considered opinion.

Noting this just to avoid ambiguity: siddham is actually spelled out here.
--><!--
The punctuation character after siddham consists of two vertical bars, connected with a horizontal stroke at the top, the right-hand bar slightly shorter and perhaps curved. Note also that the halanta M is in fact right below the punctuation mark.
--><!--
The punctuation character at the end is a horizontal stroke. Bhandarkar (1981:243n8) notes that, contrary to Fleet's opinion, these characters at the end of the line are not "virāma" marks (by which he evidently means closing punctuation), since "the virāma in this record is represented by a vertical stroke as may be seen from those occurring immediately after siddham. The horizontal stroke may have been inserted here to indicate the ending of a line." Myself, I see no point in indicating the end of the line, which should be obvious to a blind man, unless we assume that these marks were there in a cloth original to tell the stonecutter where to break the lines. There is, however, no other apparent reason for the marks: there is clearly no sentence end here.

ḍha is Fleet's guess for the letter preceding la in the name. Sircar guesses Soḍhala for the full name. Bhandarkar (p244n1) feels that the name is 4 akṣaras in length. Cunningham_1880a: plate xix has an eye copy which may be wrong, but has some details that certainly don't look like soḍha.
--><!--
The reading deyadharmmaḥ is secure according to #Willis_2009:266n120 (autopsy).
--><!--
The closing punctuation mark is between the dots of the visarga; it is similar to that at the end of the first line.
