Bhandarkar reads the name as Cella-kṣamaṇa; Agrawala reads Celū. #Willis_2009:333n277 is convinced of celū; for comparison citing mū "in line 7 of the Indor copper-plate" [this is probably l8 of %IN00035] and lla in line 7 of the Mandasor Inscription of Naravarman (%IN00017).
