(2–12) In the temple of the Lord who rules the glorious temple of Tirupputtūr, a brahmadeya in the Kēraḷaciṅkavaḷanāṭu, I, Kāṅkayaṉ, alias, ... on my birthday ... I have given, I, Kāṅkayaṉ, alias, ...

(12) This [is under] the protection of the Paṉmāheśvars.
