(1) Prosperity! Fortune!

(1–2) Currently, the second year (etir etir etir etir) of the prosperous year signed by the king Tribhuvanac-cakkaravatti Śrīkarikāla-cōḻa.

(2–6) This is the land that is bestowed for the graceful offering of sacred water on the day of the Uttirāṭam festival, the birthday of the queen who gracefully established the festival in the month of Aṟpikai (Aippaci). That is, the holy festival that we have seen on the day of our queen dedicated to Āḷuṭaiyār Tiruvānpaṭṭiyāṇṭār of Pērūr, located in Pērūrnāṭu of Kōnēṟiṉmaikoṇṭāṉ.

(6–10) The allowance (paṭi) for rice (amutupaṭi) is doubled for feeding [devotees] during the festival tirunāḷ paṭiyil. The offerings of food made (amutuceyyum) for the guardians of the eight directions (aṣṭaparipālaṉam) [which are seated] at the sacrificial hall yāgamaṇṭapa [is the following]: betel-leaves, areca-nut, oil lamp, sugar, curds, butter, lentils, pepper, salt, curry.
