(1) Prosperity! Fortune!

(9–10) 16th year of the glorious king Rājarājakesarivarman,

(2–9) who, ... [meykkīrtti of Rājarāja I Cōḻa]

(10–15) For the Mahādeva, the Lord of the Rudravālīśvara [temple] in Naraciṅkamaṇkalam, (piṟattu) of the Uttamacōḻēśvara, east of the Cittiramēkam tank, in the Kāliyūrkkōṭṭam, for half a lamp that Tiyaṅkuṭaiyāṉampaṉirāmaṉ gave, the great undying and unaging goats [are] fourty-six.

(16) These [are under] the protection of the Paṉmāheśvaras.

(16–17) These half lamps should burn.

(17–19) He who think/does harm/evil (tīṅku) to/about these goats obtains a sin made between the Ganges and Kumari.
