(1) Ninth year of the victorious king Nṛpatuṅkavikramavarman.

(1–2) ... the temple of Śiva ... that Araicaṭikaḷār, the spouse of Puttaperumāṉār, king [of] Kumārapāṭi Aṉṭuṟai in the Vaiyyāvūrnāṭu in the Kaḷattūrkōṭṭam had made, to this [temple] a land comprising ... [has been given] as ... (pōkam)

(1–2) The boundaries for the garden [are as follows]:

  • the eastern boundary is ...;
  • the southern boundary is ...;
  • the westernn boundary is ...;
  • the northern boundary is ...;

(2) The garden comprised within these four boundaries ...

(2) The feet of he who protects this [pious act] are on my head.

(2) Let the ... be those who protect the ... (pōkam) [of] this whole temple.
