Translation

⟨1–4⟩ Twenty-second year of the victorious king Nantivikkiramaparumaṉ.1

⟨4–12⟩ The [land named] Mumūlaippaṭi [in] Iḷayaṉūr, [made] tax-free, is that which Viṇṇikkiṭiyar has given for water and fire.

⟨12–14⟩ The feet of he who protects this [pious act] are on my head.
