(1–3) Fifteenth [year] of the victorious king Indravarman.

(4–10) Ātaṉ of Mēlūr [is] he who died in a battle (pūcal) which occurred (ōṭiṉa) with the king (aracarai¹) of Mīkoṉṟaināṭu.

Commentary

The Indravarman of the regnal year is probably one among the Pallava kings named Mahendravarman.
