⟨1–2⟩ Seventeenth ⟨year⟩ of the victorious king Mayīntiraparumaṉ.¹

⟨2–8⟩ ⟨This is⟩ the stone ⟨of⟩ Nantiyār of Vēṇāṭu, he who fell rescuing (mīṭṭu) ⟨cattle⟩ when the servant of Poṟcēntiyāṉ, the nephew of Īcai Perumpāṇaraicar ⟨of⟩ Āntaipāṭi in Mīvēṇāṭu, seized cattle.
