Translation

⟨1–2⟩ Fourteenth year of Ciṅkaviṇṇaparumaṉ.¹

⟨3–7⟩ ⟨This is the⟩ stone ⟨erected when⟩ Pāvaṉ of Vaṇṇa-Ūr², the servant of Cāttaparāva(ṉā)r, a relative of Perumpāṇṇaraicar³, died in a fight (pūcal-uḷ).
