⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

⟨1⟩ Fifteenth year of the victorious king Kampavarmar.1

⟨1–3⟩ Writ/Writing of I, Tāḻiccāni, Brahmin lady and younger wife (iḷaiyāḷ) of Āgnicitta-sarvakratu, a caṉaṟkumāra-caturvedin of Kumuḻūr, one among the governing delegates of Uttaramērucaturvedimaṅgala in the Kāliyūrkkōṭṭam and the division of the same name.

⟨3–7⟩ One plot which joins/is south of the plot that I gave, having bought it as my dowry (aṅkamaṇi), after giving wealth (dravya) from my dowry, in Mullaivāyil, from a resident of Ciṟupaḻuvūr; the plot that I gave ¿earlier? (muṉṉam) as arcanābhoga has become (āṉār) one who will have (kāṭṭuvippār) daily glorious amṛta (nāḷ-t tiru-amitu) given to the Mahādeva in the temple that we have built in Mullaivāyil.

⟨7–8⟩ As long as the earth and the sun (nilamum ñāyaṟum uḷḷa tuṇaiyum), We, the members of the assembly of Uttarameruccaturvedimaṅgala will, ¿looking favourably/overseeing up to the end? (kaṭai-k kaṇṭu), have the glorioys amṛta given.

⟨8⟩ These ... ¿Ciṟṟa ...?
