Translation
⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!
⟨1–2⟩ 14th year of the king Rājakesarivarman, who, after having distributed pots in the cālai of Kantaḷūr, took the country of the Gaṅga, the country of the Nuḷampa1 and the Taṭikaivaḻi.
⟨2–3⟩ ⟨There are⟩ ten kaḻañcus of gold that Kantaṉ Kaṟṟaḷi, ⟨one among⟩ the tēvaputtiras of this temple, gave for one perpetual lamp for the Mahādeva of the glorious Aintaḷi of Kotumpāḷūr in the Uṟattūr-k-kūṟṟam.
⟨3⟩ ⟨There are also⟩ nine kaḻañcus of gold that […] [gave for] […] ⟨of⟩ the glorious temple2 (kōyil) ⟨of⟩ this temple (it-taḷi).
⟨3–4⟩ Let ⟨these⟩ be kaḻañcus of gold that the coin-tester of this temple takes3.
⟨4⟩ This ⟨donation is under⟩ the protection of the Paṉmāheśvarars.
