This is what should be known by the mantris at Tirah: the nobleman (ārya) Soṅga, [at] Pabayĕman, the nobleman Carita, [at] Purut, the high official [at] Lajĕr. They should know that We make permanent the compound of the patih Tamba [at] Karaṅ Bogĕm. Its limit to the south is the road [or: the open square], its limit to the east is the level ground extending as far as the ocean. Its limit to the west is the clearing of the dĕmuṅ grove, extending as far as the ocean. Its [extant of land allotted for] irrigated rice-fields is of one jöṅ, its clearings of one kikil; these shall be its boundaries. Let them not be disturbed! There is a follower of Mine from Grĕsik (kavula), who has the office of variga luh, who has a debt of one koṭi (100.000) and two lakṣas (20.000) precisely (litt. “full”, gĕnĕp), as far as possible seizing / coming to grips / assaulting his fellow variga luḥ. He shall be exempted from his summon (being summoned) from Siddhayu, [and will be] affected by the paṅarahan from – the summon – (mandat?) of Po Hiya from Dalĕm (or from the kraton, from the interior). [At] the eighth galaṅan, he shall offer indeed hacan weighing one thousand for one person … [For] those working with tambaks (inspectors of dams/ponds) the whole product of the basin shall be brought forward to Us. Traders, people trading goṇḍok flowers, palm-sap tappers, they will be exempted from every kind of arik puriḥ taxes, they will be affected by the “worship-[tax]”, in the proportion of one half, following the particular custom of the group of park inspectors of the whole realm. The day: 7th (month), [i.e. ], unit [of the year: 8]. Bull - bindweed.
