Translation

Prosperity! Jayaprabhācārya (was) the pupil of the Venerable Nāgārjunācārya. His pupil Candraprabha caused to be made (this) image of the Buddha, which was established for the attainment of Buddhahood, preceeded by the fortune among the gods and humans in the saṃsāra that is characterized by the faith, that comes from the true (?) Well-Gone. May all followers of the Well-Gone (saugatyā api ?) rejoice (...).
