(1–16) Success! Fortune! In 857 Śaka, on the 3rd day of the waxing moon of the month of Vaiśākha, the charter of His Majesty to Kaṁsteṅ Añ Śrī Jayavīravarman [,] to Mratāñ Khloñ Śrī Kavīśvaravarman [ordering him:]
- not to use the people [at] Daṁnaṅ [, at] Vraḥ Chmā [and at] Vraḥ Vināya for any other work than conducting the ritual for Vraḥ Kamrateṅ Añ Śivaliṅga at Daṁnaṅ [;]
- to give allowance to Vraḥ Kaṁmrateṅ Añ Jagat VakEk in conformance with the endowment of the yajamāna [;]
- to perform the royal duty at the foundation (mūla) altogether [;]
- not to demand oil [;] not to demand paddy and not to demand castor oil.
