⟨1–4⟩ Construction started on Monday 4 March 2002 of the Christian era, i.e. the sixth day of the waning moon of the month of phalgun, year of the Snake, 2545 of the Buddhist era, [by] jāṅ Sāṁṅ Cay (Saing Choy) [from] O Krang Ambel village, Trapeang Kong commune, Samrong Tong district, Kompong Speu province.
