I
Oṁ! Homage to Śiva whose dispassion of the matted hair shone burning even what is already burning in numerous and auspicious sacrifices!

(A3–A5) 899 Śaka, fifth day of the bright moon of [the month of] Śrāvana, Sunday, constellation of Pūrvaphālguṇī. My lord the royal preceptor ordered to make the inscription and establish it at Raṇaśūra.

(A6–A10) [He also ordered that] at Yuddhapattana, Mrateñ Śarvaśiva should worship Kamrateṅ Jagat Vnaṁ Ruṅ in front of Vāp Dhanañjaya, chief of keepers at Bhadrodayadvīpa and Chloñ Mādhava Bhāgavata in the royal service at Paṁcāma and Mahardhipūra.

(A11–A16) The land was give by Vāp Dhanañjaya, chief of keepers, and Chloñ Mādhava Bhāgavata to Mrateñ Śarvaśiva, Mrateñ Vina, Mrateñ Hi, Mrateñ Vro, Vāp Nārāyana, Vāp Sa, Me Vāsa, Me Pit, Me Soma and Me Ayak.

(A16–B6) The limit (tarāpa) of the land which was given went up to the borne to the east, up to […] to the south, up to the village Stuk Kryāl to the west, […] Stuk Gvāy, up to […] to the north; […], chief of keepers […] [ordered to] settle Mrateñ Śarvaśiva and his family at the land [and] to refute the officials […].

(B7–B9) Offerings of Mrateñ Śarvaśiva to Kamrateṅ Jagat Vnaṁ Ruṅ, ritual […] one […].

(B9–B14) The servants to make the offerings [are as follows]: Si […], Tai Saṁap, Si Taṅker, Tai […], Si Caṁhek, Si Kañjes, Tai […], Si Kaṁpit, Tai Kancan, Tai Kansa; total ten servants.

II
Those ignorant people who take the piece of land [as] offering to Dharma shall go to hell [and stay there] as long as the sun and the moon exist.
III
Those righteous people who cause progress to this piece of land which has been offered to Dharma shall go to heaven [and stay there] as long as the sun and the moon exist.
