⟨1–11⟩ Voici l’ordre de V.K.A.: à la barque de V.K.A. Śrī Piṅgaleśvara le sel dû est de 3 knañ; à la barque de Kpoñ K.A. Kamratāṅ Slot, le sel à livrer est de 3 knañ; aux deux barques du Śarvāśrama, le sel à livrer est de 4 knañ; à la barque de V.K.A. Śrī Bhadreśvara, le sel à livrer est de 2 knañ; à la barque de V.K.A. Śrī Puṣkareśvara, le sel à livrer est de 2 knañ. Voilà ce que l’ordre de V.K.A. ordonne de distribuer à Tīrthagrāma ("gué du village"). Soit à la descente, soit à la montée, ceux qui prélèveraient un impôt là-dessus, ceux qui empêcheraient ceci, ceux qui transgresseraient cet ordre, seront punis.
