115 <p n="1-10">En 878 <foreign>śaka</foreign>, douzième jour de la lune croissante de Puṣya, dimanche, il y eut une ordonnance de Sa Majesté au Kaṁsteṅ Añ Rājakulamahāmantri, au chef de la population <supplied reason="explanation">qui est</supplied> chef des magasins de troisième catégorie, et au chef de population <supplied reason="explanation">qui est</supplied> chef des <foreign>raṅvāṅ</foreign> de première catégorie, pour leur prescrire de notifier l'ordonnance de Sa Majesté à Vāp R̥ṣipratyaya, le chargeant de placer une inscription au pays de Jrai Vvlak pour le K. J. Piṅ Thmo. Qu'il n'y ait pas d'acte hostile, qu'il n'y ait pas <gap reason="lost"/>.</p>

The last word of the inscription vra was left unfinished. The horizontal accrolade sign on the top of the stone suggests that the shaping of the stone was not complete either.
