La victoire est au dieu qui porte toute une moitié de la lune à son diadème, qui repose sur la tiare altière d’Ākhaṇḍala (Indra), qu’escorte le Créateur, Nārāyaṇa et les Rudra par millions, l’irrésistible Śambhu dont l’énergie ne souffre pas d’atteinte.

II

Victorieux [aussi] est le glorieux souverain de trois rois, le puissant protecteur de trois villes inébranlables, comme Hara l’est de sa triple Energie, Śrī Īśānavarman, le maître de la terre.

Commentary

The letter ṇa is of the archaic form of an "x".

The columns a and b of the stanza IV in anuṣṭubh meter correspond to the column a of the stanzas I-III in upajāti, indravajrā and vasantatilakā; the columns c and d of the stanza IV correspond to the column b of the stanzas I-III.

(8) Regarding the lost akṣara, Cœdès suggests that it should be the number 9 or 10 but it looks like 5.
