(1–10) To illustrious Vāsudeva bhaṭṭāraka named illustrious Laḍahamādhava, by illustrious Vīradharadeva, who has wealth, on an auspicious day, after making a ritual of pouring water according to the rule, in the name of Bhagavat Vāsudeva bhaṭṭāraka, for the increase of merit and fame of both mother and father and himself, for the same period as long as the Moon, the Sun and the Earth exist, by the rule of land reclamation, with the seal of illustrious disc of Viṣṇu, after making the edict on copper, in Samataṭa maṇḍala belonging to illustrious Pauṇḍravardhana bhukti.

(10–13) In both villages of Meśvāñcā and Athavasā belonging to Vātagaṅgā viṣaya, 12 pāṭakas [of land] accompanied by market, boat landing, ferry, gate(?) (valaja), malaṅga, areca nut tree and so on.

(13–15) In Nārorāka belonging to Gaṅgāmaṇḍala viṣaya, 5 pāṭakas [of land] accompanied by market and so on.

(15–21) Such land of 17 pāṭakas accompanied by market and so on, demarcated by its own borders, as far as grass field and pasture, was given, with flat land, with raised ground, with mango and jackfruit tree, with areca nut and coconut tree, with salt, with watering place, with ditch and saline land, without entry of cāṭas and bhaṭas, without anything taken away, accompanied by tribute of all the royal share, tax and case levy.

(21–22) There land pā[ṭaka] ḍā(?) 17, the donation by copper(plate) by this [case] 1

(22–23) Year 15 of his majesty illustrious Vīradharadeva, month Kārttika day 9.
