⟨1–6⟩ I, Veṭṭummārapāṇaṉ, ... have given ...

⟨6–7⟩ He who does harm (aṟakkuṉāṉ) to this pious donation (it-tan·mattai) will fall into the sin of (piramavattiyilē¹) of he who kills a tawny cow on the bank of the Ganges.

⟨7–8⟩ This [donation is under] the protection of the Paṉmāheśvaras.

⟨8⟩ Let there be prosperity!

⟨8⟩ To who knows virtue, other than virtue, there is no refuge/help.
