Translation

⟨1⟩ Hail! Prosperity!

⟨2–3⟩ Kalvāyi-Nāḍāḻvāṉ [has ordered the following]:

⟨3–18⟩ The temple officers (tēvarkaṉmi), the temple administrators (śrīkāryam ceyvar), and the superintendents of the Śaivas (śrīmaheśvara kaṇkāṇi) at the Śrī Kailāsa temple of the Lord Valayacantirayīśvaram, located in the Pavitra-caturvedi-maṅgalam, alias Tirupperuntuṟai, have supervised ⟨this⟩.

⟨18–29⟩ Karuṅkāṭu Saṅkaranārāyaṇa-maṅgalam village, as a devadāna for this god, and from which taxes are to be exempted exempted (iṟai iṟuttu varukiṟa) from the 34th regnal year of king Tribhuvana Vīradeva (i.e., Kulottuṅga III).

⟨29–41⟩ Because previously (muṉpu) there were no (illāmai) territorial boundaries (nāṭṭu ellai) for this god, starting from this year onwards, let this be engraved (veṭṭikoḷka) on copper and stone, as long as the sun and the moon endure.

⟨41–49⟩ These [are the signatories]: [This is] the writing of Vīranārāyaṇa Mūvēntavēḷāṇ. [This is] the writing of Uttamacōḻa Mūvēntavēḷāṇ.
