⟨2–18⟩ As previously granted to the official in charge of the holy treasure of the the Supreme Lord who has rulership over Tirupperuntuṟai, we, Irakuṉāta Nāyakka Toṇṭaimāṉār and Accutappa Nāyakkka Tōṇṭaimāṉār, hereby order that, even if we both experience the animosity of war, the two types of warriors that consistute our army that may be within the borders of Tirupperuntuṟai will not come and impel payment from the temple of the Lord.

⟨18–24⟩ Anyone in the army who may break such an order, and compel payment, will incur in the same sin of killing a black cow, their teacher, a Brahman, or their mother and father on the shore of the Ganges.

⟨25–27⟩ [We order things to be] in this way, and not only that: People should go (in?) according to group and caste.
