· in that mountain <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>ammalaivāy</foreign></supplied>, the river <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>nati⁓ām</foreign></supplied> Kāviri <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>poṉṉi</foreign></supplied> spreading waves <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>pāy-alai</foreign></supplied>, <supplied reason="subaudible">carrying</supplied> countless <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>alaku il</foreign></supplied>, numerous/well-formed <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>niṟainta</foreign></supplied> shining gems <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>katir-maṇi</foreign></supplied>, moving away <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>vilaku</foreign></supplied> towards the sea <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>kaṭalmēl</foreign></supplied>, is the white necklace <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>veḷvaṭam</foreign></supplied> that the Lord <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>paraṉ</foreign></supplied> has <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>koṇṭa</foreign></supplied> on His neck <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>kaḻuttu-il</foreign></supplied>.

· Even though it is realized <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>tām uṇarntum</foreign></supplied> that the Kailāśa in the north <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>vaṭa kayilāyamum</foreign></supplied> and the Potikai hill <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>malaiyapporuppum</foreign></supplied> on the southern side <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>teṉpāl</foreign></supplied> have the same nature as that <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>taṉmaiya āvatu</foreign></supplied> of this <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>itaṉ</foreign></supplied> <supplied reason="subaudible">Cirāmalai</supplied>, once the eye has seen <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>kaṇṭa kaṇ</foreign></supplied> <supplied reason="subaudible">for itself</supplied> Cirāmalai, where the rutting cloud-elephants <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>kaṭa varai mēkam</foreign></supplied> roar <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>muḻakkum</foreign></supplied>, it declares <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>moḻikiṉṟatē</foreign></supplied> that <supplied reason="subaudible">those</supplied> are really faulty mountains <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>muṭavarai eṉṟē</foreign></supplied> considering <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>eṇṇi</foreign></supplied> the contradictory proof <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>maṟucāṉṟu</foreign></supplied>.
