Bhandarkar prints pūrvvāyaṁ, typo, it's very clearly yā.

paṭṭa at the end is Fleet's reading; Bhandarkar has paḍūa and remarks that it "may be read also as paṭṭa". This would imply that Bhandarkar takes the half-extant character after ṭṭa/ḍū as a full vowel A, but if so, then Fleet's version would need to be changed to paṭṭaa. Perhaps hazard reading it as na, to give paṭṭana?

For the end, Bhandarkar prints talakanivānle, while Lielukhine (Sircar?) has talakanivanse. I would hazard nivarṇṇā for the latter part, and maybe bhalaka rather than talaka for the former.

Fleet observes that "The measure of the lines of this inscription seems to shew that it did not contain here the full formula of the preceding two" - indeed, if my estimates of the number of missing characters is correct then there's no room for something like yaś cainaṁ vyucchindyāt sa pañcamahāpātakais saṁyuktas syād
