(pra)[*?mukha] is from Lielukhine (Sircar?); Bhandarkar (p245) prints pu(t)ra here, but translates (p246) "the Chief (of the Householders)" and explains (p246n2) that he wants to restore "pra" to Prathama and connect it to [*gr̥]hasthasya in l9 of the second inscription IN00011.

dharmma-skanda is corrected by Bhandarkar to dharmma-skandha, p247n2 speculates on the possible meaning of the word. Compare also puṇyaskandha in the Kahaum inscription of Skgupta, IN00034. The character nda is quite unclear here, but much better in l8 of IN00011.
