⟨1⟩ Fortune!

1.

May Śambhu (Śiva) long remain present in the temple of Dayāvakeśvara built by the queen Satī1,

who is the daughter of Viṣṇu―the king of the Bāṇa lineage―, who is the virtuous wife (pativratā),

like the daughter of Himavant (Pārvatī), of her husband Purodhaḥpati, conferring him happiness (dhanyā),

and who is honoured in the world for the profusion of her qualities (guṇādhikatayā)!

Translation into French by Francis et al. 2006

⟨1⟩ Fortune!

1.
