Translation

⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

⟨1–3⟩ Sixteenth year of the victorious king Tantiparumaṉ.¹

⟨3–12⟩ The people (kuṭi) that Kuvāvaṉ Cāttaṉ alias Viṭēlviṭuku Muttaraiyaṉ assigned (vaitta²) so as to supply oil for a glorious lamp for the god (paṭārar) of Tiruvalattūr ⟨are⟩: Māyāṉ Kāṭaṉ, Māyāṉ villi, …, …, our relatives, Nakkaṉ Koṇai, Nakkaṉ ….
