Translation

⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

⟨2–9⟩ Aṇikōvaṉ Oṟṟiyūr Pirāṭṭi, daughter of Vilāṭarayar and spouse of Vayiramēkavāṇakōvarāyar, having seen the tank of Niccavinītamaṅkalam,1 had a sluice placed to it.

⟨9–11⟩ The feet of he who protects this pious act are on my head.

⟨6–7⟩ niccavinīta-maṅkala¿ṉu?m. "The auspicious village created by Nityavinīta." Nityavinīta appears to be a royal biruda.
