Translation

⟨1⟩ Prosperity! Fortune!

So that ⟨this temple⟩ stands as a stone temple ⟨made⟩ with black stones for the Lord (īcar¹) with red matted hairs² in gracious/perfect/eminent Tiruttaṇi

Lovingly/with devotion (virumpi-y-ē³), the glorious Nampi Appi, who has learned all good arts, beautifully (poṟpu amaiya⁴) made it (ceytāṉ purintu⁵).

⟨3–4⟩ This veṇpa has been graciously sung by Perumāṉaṭikaḷ⁶ himself.
