(1–2) Sixth year of the victorious king Aparājitavikramapōttaraiyar.1

(2–4) The gold that the Paṉmāheśvaras have given for burning two perpetual lamps for the Mahādeva of Tiruvoṟṟiyūr: sixthy kaḻañcus of a purity [tested] on the village [touch]stone.

(4–5) We are bound to take this gold, we, the members of the assembly of Maṇali in a hamlet of Tiruvoṟṟiyūr.

(5–9) We have become those who will give ...

(9–10) We have become those who will give daily two rice [meals] to he who comes ...

(10–12) If failing ... we have become those who incur a fine of eight and a half kāṇams ...

(12–13) We have become those who will ... we, the members of the assembly of Maṇali.
