(1) Prosperity! !

(1–4) Twenty-sixth year of the victorious king (Nirupa)toṅkavikkirama(parumar).1

(4–10) When the Nuḷampaṉ came [with] his army upon Āmaiyūr, in the Mēlaṭaiyārunāṭu in the Paṭuvūrkkōṭṭam, and seized cattle, Caṉaṉ, the son of Akalaṅkattuvarāyar, a kāviti of , a servant of Pirutikaṅkaraiyar, [fought] relentlessly (taḷarā), fell and died.
