(1) Prosperity! Fortune!

(1–2) Fourth year of the victorious king Nantivikkiramaparumaṉ.¹

(2–8) [As for] the sixteen kaḻañcus […] of gold that Tirunilaikiḻa[vaṉ] […] Kaṉṉa[ṉ] of Atiyaraimaṅkalam [gave] for a perpetual lamp for the Mahādeva of the Tiruviṭṭānam at Tirukkōvalūr.

(8–10) With this gold there shall be poured daily [out of its] interest one uri of ghee.

(10) [Thus] has it been given.

(11) …(kāttār kayy uḻutu kuṭu⟨t⟩tu)

(12) This gold [is under] the protection of the Paṉmāheśvaras.
