Translation

(1) hal [called] pu Vikrami; pu Kamali; pu Puñjaṅ; pu Nantri; pu Malayu; pu Cucai.

(1–2) The herald of the Ra Lva, pu Kadut; as partaya of the Ra Lva, pu Lmas; as vahuta, pu Kr̥ṣṇa; as [overseers of] trade guilds pu Candra [and] pu Bhujā — whether huñjəman, havaṅ or varaham[and] havaṅ Isan.

(2–5) As overseer of the village Tavun Vatu, pu Suddhani; as gusti, pu Dharaṇa; as overseer of Kalaṅ at Tgaṅ (?) Vatu, pu Dhānya; as gusti of Vvaṅ-vvaṅ, pu Haji; as overseer of Kalaṅ at Haru-Haru pu Mañju; as vinkas, pu Kairata; at Vatvā, pu Sunī, pu Gaiṣṭī; as one from whom the sīma stone is asked, pu Kumbha at Luṅgai; as overseer of the drummers, pu Aṅkur.

(5) Written by the ḍa punta Kīrtti, teacher at Parhyaṅan.

Commentary

Note the correspondence of some names with those found in Kurungan.

The designation saṅ ra lva seems to be found elsewhere only in Kinevu. CHECK
