·
We used Trigangga’s edition as base text, and compared it to the editions by Nakada which only covers faces A & B and Brandes only for face A up to line 26, as well as the reading furnished by Damais (D, 1955: 56) only for the first 5 lines. (Note that Trigangga’s 2003 edition for the present charter is republished, apparently without modifications, in Hasan Djafar & Trigangga 2019). Our edition was then prepared through direct inspection of the stone at MNI by Eko Bastiawan in March 2023, benefiting from remote supervision and assistance by Arlo Griffiths.
